UAW Local 14 was chartered on 1 October 1935. Local 14, an amalgamated union in Toledo, includes a HydroMatic GM facility, AP Parts, Vulcan, and Midas Muffler shops. Chevrolet was the first plant organized in 1935.

The UAW Local 14 papers consist of minutes, correspondence, memos, reports, membership lists, agreements, grievances, contracts, proposals, resolutions, by-laws, constitutions, election materials, clippings, and pamphlets.
