Resolutions of UAW conventions of 1946, 1953, 1957, 1959, and 1961 ; Detroit Community Services Budget Committee recommendations (1958-63). Mr. Silver was a member of the UAW Resolutions Committee, a member of the Budget Committee of the United Community Services (1958-63), and was president of UAW Local 351 in Detroit (1946-64). He is currently serving on the Wayne County Board of Supervisors.
