Mr. Roth has served as a vice-president of the American Federation of Teachers and president of the Colorado Labor Council. He has also been president and executive secretary of the Denver Federation of Teachers and executive secretary of the Colorado Federation of Teachers. Other offices included terms as a member of the Colorado House of Representatives and State Senate. Correspondence, minutes, reports, and other items include such topics as the Committee on Political Education, AFT elections and conventions, and anti-teacher union activities. Correspondents include Charles Cogen, Carl Megel, Dave Selden, and Al Shanker.
