Correspondence, minutes, financial statements, and bulletins collected by Mr. Peck, who served the Ohio Federation of Teachers as president, executive secretary-treasurer, and legislative lobbyist. He was also a vice-president of the American Federation of Teachers. The collection reflects concern with such problems as teacher education and certification, school financing, labor, and politics.
