The National Association of Letter Carriers (NALC) Information Center is the result of efforts by NALC Research Director, F. John Miller, to create a collection of material to support research activities and meet the information and education needs of the officers and staff. The records of this department reflect its status as a special library and its collection of material on issues of importance to the union and its members.
