Glen Hallam (left) shows part of his contribution to the Eastern Montana College (now Montana State University Billings) regional archival depository to Dr. Robert Smith, then associate professor of history. Hallam, active in Montana’s labor movement for forty years, organized the Montana AFSCME council and was its first president.
