Patrons may ask for material to be held in the Reading Room for time periods up to one week from the time of the request, although exceptions to this rule may be made in consultation with the Reference Archivist. Each numbered card has a brief explanation of the item and, at the bottom left hand corner, a code for which library/archives the item is in. The codes for the libraries/archives are at the front of the numbered card drawers and the code for the Reuther Library is WSU-A. See the Reference Archivist for questions about using this research tool or for finding items listed at the Reuther Library.
